These are codes closest to your number

P0121 Throttle Position (TP) Sensor 1 Performance
P0201 Injector 1 Control Circuit
P0621 Generator L-Terminal Circuit
P2101 Throttle Actuator Position Performance
P2119 Throttle Closed Position Performance
P2120 Accelerator Pedal Position (APP) Sensor 1 Circuit
P2122 Accelerator Pedal Position (APP) Sensor 1 Circuit Low Voltage
P2123 Accelerator Pedal Position (APP) Sensor 1 Circuit High Voltage
P2125 Accelerator Pedal Position (APP) Sensor 2 Circuit
P2127 Accelerator Pedal Position (APP) Sensor 2 Circuit Low Voltage
P2128 Accelerator Pedal Position (APP) Sensor 2 Circuit High Voltage
P2135 Throttle Position (TP) Sensor 1-2 Correlation
P2138 Accelerator Pedal Position (APP) Sensor 1-2 Correlation
P2176 Minimum Throttle Position Not Learned

Most seem to be related to Throttle/Accelerator so thats a good place to start diagnosis.

Good info to start with  :yup:

If the code has not been cleared yet you should be able to stop by an auto parts store and have them pull the code for you. I do not recall anybody mentioning this type of issue before with stalling on sharp turns.

I found the code and it`s a p0106 which Onstar says has to do air intake system which is causing the rough idle and the cut offs of the truck.

Researching some more some say the MAF sensor may be dirty, loose connections, or the sensor may be bad.

This page has a step by step procedure for testing the sensor............

I have had a similar problem.
Not sure if it was in the turns but the engine would suddenly cut out for a second.
I do a lot of outback travelling. The infamous red dust.
The air flow sensor looked like it was painted with glue and sprinkled with red mud.
A can of air flow sensor cleaner fixed the problem.
Hope this helps.
