Welcome to HXC!

In East Texas we go to Barnwell Mt. (trip coming up in February for the w/end)
And tomorrow we are going to Northwest Park in Bridgeport, Tx (north of Fort Worth)

There is Long Ranch, Llano, Texas and K-Rocks Katemcy near there as well)

PhilD is familiar with that area and can help you out!

Actually, that was the first I’d heard of Boulder Creek. It does look interesting.

Aside from Phil’s Xclub jaunts to Long Ranch and K Rocks, the only other two places I’ve
heard reliable reports on are Barnwell Mountain and Northwest park.

I know a few people who've been to Boulder Creek and they enjoy it, but say the trails are pretty easy for the most part.

Long Ranch is nearby, but I've never heard of any dealership taking people out there. Inks Ranch is a cool place but only open for Jeep Jamborees, but there is another property next to it that is used by SAJE.

7 Canyons is a bit further away, but I know dealers have used it for HH's.

Trees Ranch is a good place to wheel, as is Long Ranch, which won't be open until March or so. Cline Ranch is a bit boring after a few trips.

Katemcy is the wheeling mecca in central Texas, everything from mild to extremely wild. Nearly always a great bunch of people on the trails too. Quite a few HH's have taken place out there.

Does anyone have any additional suggestions/comments on the place.
