I would like to make the run. I live in north Peoria and the turn off to Crownking is about 8 miles from my driveway. Business travel planned for late Oct. but I think the first two weekends work.

:D I still love ya. I agree it's been way to long since we all got togather. I don't know if I can do the overnight trip, but it sounds like a good idea. If that is what everybody wants to do I'll try to make it. Do you know if Jose D. traded his Hummer for a new camera ? I haven't heard anything from him. Well I'm open for anything till Thanksgiving, as long as I can provide wheels for April if we do a camping trip. :where:

Those are the two weekends I have available in October. I, however, have been and will be wheeling. I went to Sedona two week's ago with Erik's friends (Erik couldn't make it) and I'm doing Moab from Oct 4-8.

Being geek guy that I am I will make sure we're set up with whatever GPS coordinates needed. Whether in October or later, I am anxious to hit Charoleau Gap again. I was looking at great pics like this yesterday.

ROFL wow Jerry. I've been giving him all kinds of snap about that thought. I been doing some research about running El Camino Del Diablo when the weather cools off. I will be making a run or two out in florence for our Land Rover Rally between now and the last weekend of October. I'll keep you guys posted on that.

I'm personally extremely bored with running the same old trails and can't wait till it starts getting wet again. So let me know what you guys come up with and I'll see if I can get away.

Sutherlan Trail is north of Tucson and was pretty interesting last time I ran it. It was about 3 hours for 3 miles one way.

this can be bypassed
