No, but they do sell them so they mark all the receivers the same way. Internally it is just semi-auto.

LWRC M6A2 6.8 SPC. Part of my ongoing campaign to prove that black rifles do not have to be black...

I saw a picture of one done in the pink/gray camo that is popular (or was) for women's clothing. Showed one of my daughters and she just said "Why would you do that?"
