Maybe thats just where the needles sit when it off. I've never noticed that. I'll be checking when I get home.

Yay for toys!
The toy part is the spare mount. Rhino Humvee surplus that lowers/lifts the spare. My H1 tires with runflats are impossible for me to lift alone.
I don't think the one I ended up with had ever been used.
