Limb Risers

If you wheel a lot in areas with a lot of dense brush or trees, you may want to consider making up some limb risers.

This will help keep branches off your hood and reduce windshield damage from them.

I used some 3/16\" poly coated cable, some stainless steel eyes and clamps, and a couple of 1/2\" turn buckles. Very simple to put together and cost less than $30. No drilling is required and they can be installed and removed in 30 seconds.

Hey Phil, are those 580's on your rack? My brother just bought some for his grill and I wondered if they fit the Gobi. Looks like you modified by moving lights forward?

They do point very slightly downwards, and if want to aim them better, you have to lengthen the holes (towards the front) by about 1/4\".
