12 valve Cummins/Allison Transmission Conversion

Postby Buckshot3169 » Sun Jul 13, 2014 6:25 pm

Does anyone know what kind of milage I can expect from this setup?

The motor I had built should put 300hp to the wheels and the Allison Transmission is built to handle 500HP.

Running all Amsoil synthetic fluids.

I'm averaging 12-14 MPG with the 6.5, stock tranny and 37's

You had a 6.5 in your 92? Did ya mean a 6.2? :)

There are a few guys on "Humvee.net" in the H1/HMMWV forum that have Cummins swaps, they could probably help you out.

I don't know why I put 92 I meant to put 2002. How do I change that?
