R/C's.....

Postby Bellvis » Wed Nov 04, 2009 12:35 am

I have received several pm's about my new crawler so I figured I would share it here along with my other trucks.
Been into R/C's for about 10 years now, did the nitro scene for a few years and got out of that and will only do electric now.

This is my Axial SCX10 TR scale crawler. I love this thing!
Working on a few new bodies that I will most up once they are mounted. The black K5 blazer is my buddies.

So other than the Hummer Radio Shack used to sell (which i can't find anywhere anymore) are there any good RC Hummers? Or hummer bodies?

I know tamiya makes a very cool pre built Hmvee.

ProLine and HPI make some cool Hummer bodies for monster trucks.

Tamiya has a Humvee in kit form and also built, they stopped making it years ago but you can find one online if you search. I definitely plan on getting one eventually.

Thanks, I have a ton of action shots that I would load up when I have time. I love seeing the tires balloon up from all the power.

i have a traxxas stamped but the new one i am hearing about is the traxxas summit. It hands down is maybe one of the coolest 4x4 r/c cars i have seen yet besides the e-max.

Thanks DD, I actually saw that this morning on Socalrcrc.org. This hobby is blowing up.

These things are so addicting, just ask the other HXC member who is a closet R/C Rock Crawler. :where:

The Summit is a very fun and capable truck that is waterproof. I have only driven one and it was a blast.
I love my Emaxx.

Who? Me? I have to admit I have the Axial SCX10 TR as well. It's cool and fun to play around with. It's bone stock now and will probably stay pretty much that way. But, I do love the light bar you have :yup:
In the future I may screw around with lower gearing and cutting the foam a little though.
