2006, H-3 fan switch

Postby RangerRick » Wed Dec 07, 2011 11:20 pm

Turned on the fan switch and nothing. Played with it and on the higher speed I heard a click coming from behind the glove box or kick panel under the A pillar. Dont know which.
It came on later after I hit a bump in the road, but I smelled a burnt wire smell and I shut off the fan. 10 minmutes later, I turned the fan back on it worked and no smell. I am in North Idaho-It's cold.
Where can I find the fan switch relay and any other thoughts appreciated.

Connector to blower resistor. Right side by pass feet. Take out glove box and go fixing. GM on line $100. 00 cheaper than dealer.
