The shop I used to work at is going to take a look at it next week.. dump the fluids and see if and how much metal is in the fluids. Then ill have to go back and fight with the dealer since I've been fighting with them about this since its been under warranty... Now not... But they should have fixed this long ago...

I so feel for you, relating with all the emotions that you are no doubt feeling.
Sounds like you are dealing with a 'No Problem' dealership as I did, when in fact my Hummer had extensive problems; however, none of the problems he was having was covered under the warranty.
You might want to check into the Lemon Law which protects consumers who have a warranty and the dealership is not honoring this warranty.
Currently, I am suing the dealership for the cost of my repairs and the emotional trauma endured through the nightmare, who sold me Kashmir under a different facet of the Lemon Law, which is called the USDP; Unfair and Deceptive Acts and Practices — Every state has an Unfair and Deceptive Acts and Practices (UDAP) law. These laws can often be used even if the used car is sold "as is," as long as the dealer is guilty of a verbal deception or a failure to disclose information about the vehicle.
Just some sound advise, if you plan on getting the law involved make sure you record everything, the dates and what was said. I am quite fortunate, while I did not record a lot, I did cry my blues through HXC-recording a lot-I have a date stamp and what was said in more ways than one.
The dealership now claims, I did nothing to let them know that Kashmir was having problems. I was a consumer that just walked away, destroyed my Hummer, then want them to pay the bill for the repair cost. The beauty of it all is, when Kashmir was in the shop, their shop for two day's a friend of mine, took me to pick him up. She heard them tell me 'No problem with your Hummer,' blowing their deception right out of the water, in addition, to all post I made through HXC.
(Sorry for hijaking this thread) Sending you positive vibes across the miles-I hope all works out well for you soon.
