New 6.5L AM General (GEP) Turbo startup procedure

Postby Gadgetmason » Thu Nov 20, 2014 8:56 pm

I just finished building my 6.5 L Diesel Turbo for my 1996 H1. I bought the engine through HPG and just finished transferring all the 'needed' parts over from the old engine. I'll be installing it tomorrow and hope to turn the key tomorrow night or Saturday morning.

So what is the start-up procedure for a BRAND New diesel engine? I don't want it to go south 2 min in! ;0)

Thanks!
