Coolant Leaking

I have anti-freeze leaking from under passenger side dash and from where condensation drips out from underneath any clues? I did add a little too much anti-freeze is this it?

Sounds like it could be a heater core leak. The two pieces of trim covering the HVAC unit, which is all located on the front passenger area, are fairly easy to remove. I'd first check the clamps in there.

Does your front passenger windshield fog up?

Yes the window on the passenger side was fogging up, the coolant
Has since stopped leaking from underneath and it's just coming from the
from the HVAC, it might well be a loose clamp BTW this morning no foggy windows.

Added a jug of Alumaseal the anitfreeze seems to have stopped leaking, perhaps I caught it in time before it became irrepairable. Mnay thanks for the diagnosis !!!
