Tennesse Trail closures..

Postby The Other Rob » Wed Mar 19, 2008 8:50 pm

Both Woolys Offroad and Wheelin in the Country have been temporarily closed. Current reports state that the National Resource Conservation Service (feds) have closed Woolys due to erosion issues dealing with the Clean Water Act.

What is it them Jews say... OY VAY...!!!!

Edit.. And thes are NOT PUBLIC.. They are PRIVATE LANDS...!!!

Yeah but the watershed flows on to public lands and that is what the greenies are winning on right now. Sucks and needs to be fought because there really isn’t a lot of science in it since erosion happens naturally also.

FWIW, it's all coming from a group called Trout Unilimted... I'll find and post a list of major TU corp sponsors here before long, but I do know that Cabelas is one of the biggest...

Yep... I'm just assuming it's them and using them for a scapegoat though.. They seem worthy of that..

Oh, I don’t know about that ;). Nothing beats camping by a Colorado beaver pond and grilling little brook trout over the camp fire within minutes of catching them. Wow, I'm hungry now :yup: :yup:
