Hello,

I am new to the forum can anyone recommend a Hummer h1 mechanic or specialist in Dallas Texas. I have always used Predator in California. I am now in Dallas and need some help?

Welcome to the forum. I believe there is a former Hummer Dealership in Dallas that is still a Hummer service center. Hopefully David Porter the TX Chapter President can give more detail.

Hello!

Classic Hummer of Grapevine, Texas is still a fully qualified HUMMER HMMWV/H1, H2/SUT and H3/H3T service center. Their address is 2501 William D Tate Avenue, Grapevine, Texas 76051. Use Steve as your service advisor. He is the only remaining original HUMMER service advisor from when they were a functioning dealership, and use Max Davis as your service tech (original HUMMER technician trained by GM and AM General). They do great quality work. I had them do several things on my H3, and now my H2. I always take apart the truck after I get it back from the dealer to check their work, and they haven't slipped up once! Wouldn't trust anyone else with my rigs.
You can contact Steve directly here: 817-410-6122 or SBuchholz@ClassicChevrolet.com Tell them David Porter sent you. Hope all works out for you! Keep us posted on the repairs.

If you're interested in joining the Texas chapter of the HXC, let me know! It's a blast for all ages, and all models. I'm currently in the middle of planning our annual spring trip to Big Bend National Park in South Texas.

As B-HMMWV said, Grapevine is the place to go. Just had my C service done there.
